Noam Shemel is the principal of Kano Real Estate Investors, directing the company’s policy and process related to acquisitions, development, asset management, and more for the past 20 years. He most recently partnered with Chef Marc Spitzer to develop Okaru, the new modern Japanese restaurant in the Village of Roslyn, NY. Previously, he worked in the Restructuring and Reorganization division at Ernst & Young, and later became a Partner at Cornerstone Property Group, specializing in the investment sales of mid-sized commercial properties throughout the New York metropolitan area. Through Northern & Main Hospitality, Noam and Marc are expanding their work in the restaurant industry with plans to develop concepts in the Long Island Area. Outside of his real estate ventures, Noam also founded an outdoor media company, Mobile Ad Group, which provides outdoor advertising solutions for major corporations.
